it's depend on arrival time... if the guest like you arrive at 1 AM during the night is not possible to meet me. if you want a 24h receptionist in hotel you can reserve and 4 stars hotel near us, but the price is doubled... at minimum

Great place to lay your head down at night.
Staff was very nice and helpful! Decent breakfast of hardboiled eggs, juice, coffee, sweet bread, cheese, cold meat. Great location. Clean room.
Could have used a full length mirror in the room. The solid blue walls were a little overwhelming but the room was clean and overall what I wanted.

Perfect hotel for our 1 night stay in Rome
The hotel was a short walk from the train station. The staff member was very welcoming and helpful. We arrived early (before midday) to see if we could leave our bags, to be told the room was ready - which was amazing! The room was perfect for what we needed. Aircon (during the heatwave) fridge, kettle. Great shower! Breakfast was basic but good enough! Thank you so much
The hotel was not that easy to find from the street. Thankfully someone saw us looking a bit confused and pointed us in the right direction.

Wonderful
Great little apartment with everything you need. Breakfast was so cute and the staff were all so helpful. 15 minutes from colosseum, 10 minutes from Trevi fountain. Safe and secure. Highly recommended.
